Your Rights & Protections
No Hidden Fees
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We never add surprise charges, processing fees, or cancellation penalties.
Prorated Refunds
If you cancel immediately, you receive a prorated refund for unused time, processed by Stripe within 5-10 business days.
No Lock-In Contracts
All KBUG subscriptions are month-to-month or year-to-year. There are no long-term contracts or early-termination fees.
Data Retention
After cancellation, your account and travel data remain intact. You can re-subscribe anytime and pick up where you left off.
