I was a bit nervous about coming to Lagos, but I found that sticking to reputable ride-sharing apps made all the difference. As long as you keep your phone tucked away and avoid walking alone in unfamiliar areas after dark, I felt quite safe during my stay. It is a busy city, but being mindful of your surroundings goes a long way here.
