Crossing from Israel into Egypt at Taba was surprisingly smooth

I just crossed the Taba border crossing yesterday and the process took about two hours total. Make sure you have your 25 USD cash ready for the Sinai visa if you are heading to Dahab, as the officials were very strict about exact change. The road from the border down to Nuweiba is in great condition, but do watch out for multiple security checkpoints along the way.
