Quick update on yellow fever vaccination requirements in Uganda

Does anyone know if they are strictly checking yellow fever certificates at Entebbe airport right now? I arrived last week and they actually scanned my physical card, so don't leave it in your checked luggage like I almost did. It saved me a lot of stress to have my digital copy printed and ready to hand over immediately.
